Come see MY STUPID BROTHER play, at the Ben Lomond Firefighters' Association fundraiser on Saturday, October 6, 2012, at 2:30. "A Day in the Park and a Night in the Hall" Is an all day two-part event starting at the Ben Lomond Park, and ending at Park Hall in downtown Ben Lomond. enjoy live music, barbecue, beer, wine and family entertainment, during the day. Then step inside Park Hall for more beer, wine, and live music.

Daytime activities run from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and include bounce houses and face-painting for the kids and live music for all. Featured daytime bands are Vito and Friends, Who's Holdin', My Stupid Brother and Bullfrog. Fees are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. Wine and beer purchases will be available for guests 21 and over with valid ID.

Nighttime activities begin at 7:00 P.M. and conclude at 1:00 A.M. in Park Hall (location change.) Those under 21 years of age may not attend nighttime activities and valid ID is required for entrance. Featured nighttime bands include Oatmeal Cookie, The Coffis Brothers and the Mountain Men, and Honest Mistake. Nighttime event pricing is $10.00 per adult, or $15.00 per adult for both day and nighttime events.

ALBUM??
Hey guys, so here is what has been going on in MSB land. We have been working with producer Joe Clements on getting songs ready to record for our new album. In the business, we like to call that pre-production. Let me tell you what, they are sounding even better than we knew they could sound. We aill be entering the studio to make the magic happen very very soon. Ladies and gentlemen, I gotta say, although the wait is and has been long for a new album, we are really excited about the songs that we have written and think this album will well worth the wait. You can't rush magic ya know what I'm saying?

IN OTHER NEWS!
We will be shooting a music video next week for a single we will be releasing on iTunes soon! While demoing for the upcoming album, we whipped up a little studio magic and want to share it with you... More details on that soon.

ALSO!
We will be playing some shows coming up! It has been way way to long since we have seen you guys and we miss you. We have been hibernating in our studio cave, and although we have some more cave time ahead of us, we want to pop our heads out and play some rock and roll music for you live. Actually, we need to I think. it is more than a want. It is like eating food or drinking water or breathing or pooping. We just play music. it's what we DO! And we are super hungry for some live music because sometimes recording and practicing just aren't enough. It's like we have been eating salad and we need some protein and just want to eat a big plate of meat or tofu if you are vegetarian. But like we don't eat with our mouths we eat by playing songs.. woah.

Update December 8th 2011

New photos have been taken, and if I don't say so my self, we look pretty pretty sexy. A new website is in the works too, so this site will turn into more of a blog it is looking like, but for now, this is what you get. Pre-production is moving along. Tracking vocals for another demo today. We are now looking to start tracking in January. I know, i know. I'm just as frustrated about the delays as you, but things come up and it is actually a good thing because it is giving us more time to make sure we make real magic happen. We don't ef around. New things in the works, can't say much more than that now, but we are all really excited for things to come. If you are reading this, thanks for wasting your time on us! Keep wasting it!
